The park features towering red sandstone formations up to 300 feet high, with several hiking trails winding through the dramatic landscape. The Trading Post Trail is a 1.4-mile loop with geological markers. When concerts aren't scheduled, the amphitheatre steps are open for free fitness workouts — running the stairs is a beloved local tradition. The Visitor Center features exhibits on the venue's musical and geological history.
